General Terms & Conditions

In addition to specific award conditions within each trust scheme, the following general terms and conditions apply:

1. Community Clubs and Organisations

a) must be properly constituted with appropriate governing documents.
b) must have a suitable child protection and safeguarding policy where working with children or vulnerable adults.
c) must comply with the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme, where applicable.
d) must have a bank account in the name of the club or organisation.
e) must use funds for their intended purpose and keep appropriate records for 3 years.
f)  must provide a progress or end-of-project report, if requested.

2. Individuals

a) must use funds for their intended purpose.
b) must provide a progress or end-of-project report, if required.

3. All Applicants

a) must accept the privacy notice published on the HCCT website.
